Talysurf CLI systems offer the ability to measure a wide range
of medical components in 3D using both contact and non contact
gauging technology. There is the ability to fit a number of
gauges on the same platform, which makes them an extremely useful
tool for measuring and analysing a wide range of components.

are three different platforms available on the Talysurf CLI
product line. The Talysurf CLI 2000 offers a 200mm x 200mm measuring
envelope, the Talysurf CLI 1000 offers a 100mm x 100mm measuring
envelope, while the Talysurf CLI 500 offers a 50mm x 50mm measuring

Gauging

There
are a wide number of gauges available for use on the Talysurf
CLI platform. The technologies covered are an inductive, confocal
and laser triangulation, offering different gauge ranges and
accuracy to meet a variety of application requirements. |

Flexibility

system comes with fully integrated analysis software (Talymap)
which offers a wide range of functionality including over 150
surface parameters and a single button analysis feature. |

The
slides can be corrected using an optical flat to achieve a high
accuracy datum for all 3D measurements. Each of the gauges can
be calibrated independently for gain and linearity correction.
The combination of accurate gauging and slides provide the ability
