Talysurf CLI Systems

The Talysurf CLI product consists of a range of platforms and gauges offering:

• Rapid contact and non contact 3D measurement
• Simple calibration and measurement routines
• Easy to use Talymap analysis software

Platforms
There are currently three measurement platforms available.

Capacity
The Talysurf CLI 2000 offers a measurement envelope of 200mm3, the Talysurf CLI 1000 has a measurement envelope of 100mm3 and the Talysurf CLI 500 has a measurement envelope of 50mm3.

Straightness
All systems offer good straightness (0.34µm/50mm) which facilitates accurate 3D measurement.

Speed and data logging
All axes can move at 30mm/sec and data log at 0.5µm, which allows for fast and accurate measurement.

Gauges
The CLI can be provided with up to three different gauging technologies:

Chromatic Length Aberration gauge which is a non-contact gauge offering good gauge range and resolution characteristics. It provides highly accurate non-contact 3D measurement.

Laser Triangulation gauge which is a non-contact gauge capable of rapid 3D measurement.

Inductive gauge which is a contact gauge which offers the assurance and accuracy of contact metrology.

All gauges can be provided in a variety of ranges and resolutions to meet you particular requirements.

Talymap 3D Analysis software

Talymap has been designed specifically for the metrology industry and includes many advanced functions; zoom, filtering, levelling by least square line removal, symmetries, rotations, threshold setting, form removal by cylinder sphere or polynomial and much more.
