The new Form Talysurf PGI BLU is a dedicated metrology instrument ideal for the precision 3D form measurement of shallow and steep-sided aspheric lenses and molds. Offering a 50nm (λ/12) form measurement capability, with fully automated operation, the PGI Blu is the perfect lens mold metrology instrument for mass-production and R&D facilities alike. Providing a rendered 3-dimensional surface astigmatism map, complete characterization of the user’s components is easily ensured.
