The familiar easy to use control software and Talymap analysis software are improved to give greater speed and more flexibility to the user. The extra performance of the new software brings improvements in many areas and opens up the possibility of exciting new features in future. 

Interface The interface gives total control of all the functions with a maximum of 3 mouse clicks. Simple, powerful and easy to use.
Film Thickness   Film thickness software, suitable for samples less than 1micron is shown. Automatic film thickness measurement with the minimum of fuss.
Multilanguage   Multilanguage support is available for both the control and analysis software.
